Lobby Check-in
Product Description: The FIT Lobby Check-In program allows for the credit union lobby traffic to sign into the device and indicate what services or products they need assistance with, as well as the ability to request a specific member services representative to assist them.
Business Benefits: The member services representative will select the next member to serve from the Lobby Check-In user interface and that information is passed along to KeyStone® software, presenting the member in the Transaction tab. The system provides statistics on such things as wait times, number of visitors per branch, and services selected.
Product Highlights: The products and services are unique to each credit union and can be customized in the names and order displayed. The administrative side will allow a member’s priority to be elevated or changed. The device can be stationary or allow it be used as a handheld in branches where a greeter approaches the member to assist.
